This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Taca Terms of Service. It explains the rules for using the Taca platform. Breaching this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Use Taca lawfully, honestly, and only for a Fanvue account you rightfully own.
You are responsible for all content you approve or that automation sends under your
rules.
You must not use Taca to:
real people;
Taca's safety screen blocks under-18 / off-platform / illegal content, but it is
a safeguard, not a guarantee - the responsibility remains yours.
Personas must not present as a minor, impersonate a real person without right, or be
configured to produce prohibited content. Explicit content is permitted only where
lawful, for adults, and consistent with Fanvue's terms.
Automated sending is off by default and enabled at your choice per audience. When
enabled: you remain responsible for what is sent; the safety screen still runs and
holds flagged messages; and you must comply with any legal
requirement to disclose automated/AI interaction to fans (Taca itself discloses that it is
an AI when a fan asks; see the Terms).
You must comply with Fanvue's own Terms and policies at all times. Where this AUP and
Fanvue's terms differ, follow the stricter rule.
We may screen, hold, suspend, or terminate to enforce this AUP or protect creators
and fans, with notice where practical.
