Taca — Terms of Service

Draft — not legal advice. A qualified lawyer must review this before you

publish. Fill in every [bracketed] field.

Version: v0.1 (Beta) · Effective: [DATE] · Provider: [YOUR LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]

These Terms are the agreement between you ("you", the creator) and [YOUR LEGAL NAME]

("Taca", "we"). They cover your use of the Taca app. They work alongside our

Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) —

if those ever conflict, the order is: DPA, then these Terms, then AUP, then Privacy.

By creating an account or connecting Fanvue, you agree to all of them. Taca is

not affiliated with Fanvue.

1. It's a beta

Taca is still in beta, so things may change and occasionally break. We'll give

reasonable notice of changes (see 12).

2. Who can use it

You must be 18+, own the Fanvue account you connect, and follow the law and

Fanvue's own rules. We can suspend accounts that lie about this. [Confirm any country

limits with your lawyer.]

3. Your account

Keep your login safe — you're responsible for what happens under your account. One

account per person or business; don't share or resell it.

4. What Taca does

Taca connects to your Fanvue account (through Fanvue's OAuth, using only the

permissions you approve) to help you read your inbox, draft replies, organise and price

your vault, and — if you turn it on — automate sending. Everything sent from your

account is your responsibility.

Image generation is not part of the service. Taca does not generate images,

and does not ask for, collect, or store photographs of your face or body. If we ever

add image generation, it will be an opt-in feature announced in advance, and these Terms

and the Privacy Policy will be updated before it is switched on.

What we store. To run the service we store your account and settings, your persona

and voice settings, records of your vault (titles, tags, prices — not the media files

themselves), your fan notes, and a log of the messages Taca drafted, sent or blocked.

You can export or permanently delete all of it at any time.

5. AI and automation — the important bit

before sending where it matters.

Taca can send messages without you clicking each time, following your rules — and

you're responsible for what it sends.

illegal content, and anything risky is held for you. It's a safety net, not a guarantee.

to be human. If Fanvue requires an AI-Creator designation on your profile for the

way you use it, carrying that designation is your responsibility.

in your vault and that everyone shown is 18 or over.

anyone.

6. Fair use

Use covered by the AUP. You let Taca act for you on Fanvue within the permissions

you approve. Don't use it unlawfully or to get around Fanvue's moderation. You agree

to cover us for claims caused by your misuse or content you approved.

7. Plans and payment

payment, tax, and refunds** — your purchase is also subject to Fanvue's terms.

pricing page. Free credits (if any) are a bonus we give at our discretion; paid

credits reset with your billing cycle and may expire at the end of it. We may apply

fair-use limits to keep the service stable.

bought, renewed and cancelled inside Fanvue, and **we never see or store your card

details.** There is no other way to pay us, and we will never ask you to pay us

anywhere else — if anything claiming to be Taca asks you to, it isn't us.

the period you've already paid for; we don't cut you off early.

Terms: we may remove the access that payment bought. Please talk to us first — a

genuine problem is easier to fix than a dispute.

OpenAI/Anthropic key. We don't, because those providers' policies prohibit the

content this tool exists to help you write — using them would put your account at

risk, not ours.

8. Who owns what

We own the Taca software. You own your content and data. We may use anonymous,

aggregated stats to run and improve the service, and any feedback you give us.

9. No guarantees / our liability

Taca is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law

allows, we're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, lost earnings, or content

you chose to send. [Agree a liability cap with your lawyer.] Nothing here removes

liability that can't legally be removed.

10. Stopping

You can stop and disconnect Fanvue anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that

break these Terms or the AUP, or that put creators or fans at risk.

11. Third parties and uptime

Taca depends on the third-party services below. We don't control their uptime,

pricing, or moderation, and **we

don't guarantee** uninterrupted Fanvue sync, API availability, delivery of messages,

or accurate/timely stats — these can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or down.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll flag material changes in-app. Keep using Taca =

you accept the update.

We only send what a feature needs. We do not train models on your or your fans'

data, and we do not sell it.

We do not offer bring-your-own-key, and we never ask you for an API key. Some

competitors let you plug in your own OpenAI or Anthropic key; we don't, because those

providers' policies prohibit the content this tool exists to help you write — using them

would put your account at risk. See section 7.

[Keep this table current — you must disclose every sub-processor that touches

personal data, and update it whenever you add or swap a provider.]

14. Law

Governed by the laws of [England & Wales]; its courts handle disputes.
